Fall Additions to our Yoga Class Schedule & Four New Teachers
We asked. You answered. We listened. Thank you for answering our survey. We felt that change was imminent, and the direction you pointed us in was very clear.
We now offer 43 classes per week thanks to the support of our growing Strongsville Yoga Community!
We are happy the announce the addition of two classes to our weekly schedule. Ben Malecki will be leading 5 am Hot Power classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays. In addition, Wednesday morning Hot Power with Becky Todd will remain at 5 am. You now have a few more options if you like starting your day with your yoga practice. Monday and Friday mornings at 5:45 with Josh Holder have not changed.

Get to know our New Teachers!
Becky Todd teaches from the heart with calm, even, and firm direction. She’s teaching Hot Power on Mondays at 7:45 am and Wednesday mornings at 5 am.
Kim Wedel is a lifelong athlete and the nicest person you’ll ever meet. Her classes are filled with power, sweetness and soul. Look for Kim in Hot Power Yoga Basics at 5:15 pm on Wednesdays.
Patty Kubick‘s got sass and her classes are fun and insightful. Look for her in Hot Power Yoga Basics on Tuesdays at 7:45 pm and Slow Flow on Wednesdays at 7:45 pm.
Ben Malecki won’t slow down. This summer he & his wife moved their family back home from Washington DC, welcomed their 2nd child, finished yoga teacher training, got a new job, bought a house, and ran a marathon. He’s enjoyed every single second. You’ll see Ben on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 5 am for Hot Power.
