We’ve Added New Yoga Classes to Our Schedule!

9 new classes added, including 2 new class types, starting Tuesday, September 6th.

We are excited to announce that our classes, class types and teaching staff have grown.

Starting the week of September 5th:

  • Changes:
    • 5:45-6:45 am Hot Power on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. (Hot Power on Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6 am has been cancelled.)
    • 7:45-8:45 pm Slow Flow on Thursday evenings has been changed to All-Levels Warm Flow
  • Additions:
    • 7:00-8:00 am Hot Power on Tuesdays & Thursdays
    • 7:45-8:45 am Hot Power on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
    • 12:00-1:00 pm Slow Flow on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays
    • 4:00-5:00 pm All-Levels Warm Flow on Tuesdays & Thursdays
    • 8:00-9:00 am Hot Slow Burn on Sundays
  • New Classes Types:
    • All-Levels Warm Flow: Some heat & a gentle flow, but not at the intensity of a Hot Power class. Tune it down and slow it down.  This class will be heated to 85 degrees. You’ll breathe and move at a moderate pace.  More info
    • Hot Slow Burn: Challenge yourself in stillness.  This class will be hot & sweaty.  We’ll explore poses you already know for 10-15 breaths each.  You’ll practice patience, grace & strength. More info.
