Take your Practice Upside Down and Sideways in this Fun Workshop! All- Levels of Students are Welcome. Please bring an open mind and a playful spirit.
We will explore the physical strength and the mental mindset needed to work up to advanced poses including: Headstand, Handstand, Side Scissors, Crow, Side Crow, Flying Pigeon, Firefly, Forearm Balance, 8 Limbed Sage ,Running Man & More!
Yoga Inversion Workshop will include:
- Demonstration of all poses
- Hands on assists to help clients find correct alignment of poses for their body
- Tips and techniques on how to build the strength and balance to achieve advanced yoga inversion.
