Essential Oil and Yin Flow Yoga Workshop

This Essential Yoga Class will calm the mind while stimulating an energetic increase. The addition of essential oils during class aids in emotional healing by helping release stagnant energy, feelings and blockages. Accessible back bends are included to help students let go of difficult feelings. The combination of oils and yoga will provide a cathartic experience that fosters physical, emotional & spiritual healing and balance.
After class, we will host a brief and informative session on essential oils and their healing powers followed by a question and answer session. You will have the opportunity to purchase the essential oils used in class as well as oils to serve your individual needs.
