Beginners workshop passes are only $25.
Welcome to yoga! Come explore what it’s all about. In this beginners workshop we will explain the significance of connecting your body to your breath and guide you through the progression of a yoga practice. We will talk through each posture of the sun salutations, try some balancing poses, go for some heart openers and then sink into the hips. You may even find yourself upside down! Come prepared to have fun and learn something new about yourself. If you have a mat, bring it, if not, borrow one from us.
This workshop is geared for the new yogi, but is open to even the most advanced practitioner. It’s always good to be a beginner.
We will start this beginners workshop with a introduction to the history and practice of Yoga. We will then begin demonstrating and discussing each pose and sequence for a vinyasa yoga class. Vinyasa simply means moving with your breath. In other words if you can breath, you can do yoga. We would love to have you join us!

Our Studio location is in the Royal Center Shopping Plaza in Strongsville on the corner of Echo and Pearl Rd. We are next door to Scrambler Marie’s Restaurant.
