I begin practicing yoga four years ago. At that time, I was mainly looking for an opportunity to gain different strengths and heal lower back pain at the same time as stretching. While I enjoy a fast-paced, sweaty, tough yoga practice, what I have learned is when to push my body and when to have some self compassion. I have learned to use breath to clear my mind and to be present. At the end of each class, I love feeling equally energized and peaceful. I love to try new, difficult poses to strengthen myself. I would love to share strong, vibrant classes with you, with the hopes that you will leave feeling as strong and balanced as I do.
