Hometown: Seven Hills How Yoga Works for me: I started practicing Yoga over 5 years ago to try to help deal with my lower back issues. I found that not only did Yoga solve my back pain issues, it also was great for my fitness, increasing strength, balance and flexibility. The added bonus was the increased awareness and focus I have experienced from a regular practice. What makes me feel alive: Hot, Sweaty, challenging classes. Favorite pose: Triangle.
