Come for the workout, stay for the yoga.  We believe that your mat is a great place to practice how you want to live your life. And, let’s face it, we all need a little practice.

The physical benefits of yoga are immense. The strength, flexibility, detoxing, conditioning and toning that the body experiences can result in lower blood pressure, better balance and faster healing.  But there’s more to it. Learning to breathe through the sometimes unusual, sometimes uncomfortable, sometimes easy poses may find you better prepared for the sometimes unusual, sometimes uncomfortable, sometimes easy situations life throws at you every day.
